Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Below are the cancellation refund timelines. Full conference refunds outside of the timelines listed below are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. ACP understands that circumstances may arise and will work with you whenever possible. These policies help ensure responsible event planning and financial sustainability.
Refund Processing Note:
All refunds are subject to a $150 refund processing fee. Please allow up to five business days for funds to be returned to your original payment method.

May 6 – July 15
Full refunds are available for registration cancellations.

July 16 – August 12
Cancellations are refunded at 50% of the total registration cost. Unpaid invoices remain due upon cancellation.

After August 28
Registrations are non-refundable. Emergency situations will be reviewed upon request.
Registration Transfers
To transfer a registration to another individual, please contact us. Transfers are permitted throughout the registration period; however, requests submitted after August 28 are not guaranteed.
