Kristen Moosmiller Makes Annual List of 40 Under 40… and reflects ACP’s value to young practitioners

Congratulations to Kristen Moosmiller, CFP®, of Partnership Financial LLC in Ohio, who was selected by InvestmentNews for its 2016 list of 40 Under 40! This annual list identifies top young advisors and associated professionals in the financial planning industry and was featured in the magazine’s June 27 edition.

For Kristen, the acknowledgment allowed an opportunity to demonstrate the value of the Alliance of Comprehensive Planners for younger financial planners. ACP provides the training and tools to launch successful practices, along with assigned mentors and a community of planners to support the early stages. “We provide our members with all the tools necessary to provide comprehensive financial planning advice so they can focus on starting and running their practice and bringing on clients,” she says.

Kristen is one of several young practitioners who recognize ACP is uniquely positioned to support young planners.

Jake Kuebler, partner with Bluestem Financial Advisors, LLC in Illinois, agrees. Only 30 himself, Jake sits on ACP’s Board of Directors, which works to make the ACP System™ robust, up-to-date, and responsive to member and market demands. “For young planners in particular, the ACP System™ offers valuable training, strategies and the practice management structure necessary to build a practice.”

For John Konetzny, a CFP® and advisor with The Practical Planner in Massachusetts, the value of ACP is in its membership’s sense of community. He was just 28 when he joined his mother’s practice several months ago, after six years as an advisor at Fidelity Investments. Konetzny says “ACP advisors have the whole alliance which is comprised of CFP®’s, CFA’s, CPA’s, EA’s, PhD’s and J.D.’s to assist with complex situations; everyone is willing to help everyone. We call it an incredible brain trust.”

ACP President Al Davis added, “We are delighted to see Kristen included on the 40 Under 40 list and be recognized for her capability and leadership. She well represents ACP’s commitment to a tax focus and retainer model and is certainly among the best and brightest young talent in this industry.”
